Buying with cash? We’ll just need a Proof of Funds (POF). This is a recent bank or brokerage statement clearly showing your name, the institution, and a liquid balance that covers the purchase price. (For your security, you can completely black out your account numbers - we just need to see your name and the bottom-line funds.)
